An aquatic plant in the Brassicaceae family, we collect our delicious watercress from the pristine waters flowing from the southern Willunga hills. Crunchy, punchy, piquant and beautifully seasonal, our watercress is only around for spring, possibly summer if enough rain.
Makes the base of a great salad, works well as a punchy garnish. Cook with potato and white wine for a yummy soup or infuse with olive oil to preserve for later.
Sold by the kilo.
