Highly perfumed, and often used in the perfumery industry, these little flowers will excite the senses. With a sweet flavour, these lovely flowers lend themselves to desserts, baked goods and drinks.
Ideas for use include:
Sprinkle fresh flowers over salads or pasta dishes
Include the flowers in the salad for their mild, floral flavour

Steep to make tea or infuse with oils and vinegars
