Snap Dragon

One of Mother Nature's incredible floral masterpieces, the Snapdragon flower is delicate, intricate and has a variety of uses in culinary creations.

Use as a whole flower, or by using the individual petals for decoration and incorporation into dishes both sweet and savoury.

Ideas for use include:

• Snap them onto the side of a glass as a cute cocktail decoration.
• Use to decorate cakes, pavlovas, tarts especially for high tea or weddings
• Add striking shape, colour and texture to minimalist dishes
• Include on tasting plates or canapés for a colour burst 
• Stuff the throat with soft cheese if you're feeling adventurous!
