Low growing in tiny little clusters of flowers, Alyssum is usually grown as a ground-cover. The flowers have a sweet, honey-like scent to them with a slightly peppery finish.
Suitable for sweet or savoury dishes. Use entire umbels or seperate out each tiny flower.
