Native to South America, Lemon Verbena is grown globally now and is used for its strong, lemony flavour. Slighty rough to the touch, the leaves give off a lemon scent when touched or rubbed.
Lemon verbena lifts fish & poultry dishes. Steep leaves in milk/cream to make Panna Cotta and other flavoured desserts & jellies.
Sold per bunch.
Flowers available in spring on request.
