Classically used as a refreshing flavour for Cordial, the sweet little Elderflower is very popular in artisanal cooking. The flavour is mild and so can be used freely for decorating.
Ideas for use include:
Decorate any cocktail, dessert or savoury dish
Steep with lemon, sugar and citric acid to make a summery cordial
Then mix this cordial with Sparkling Water, Gin or Champagne
Use to flavour Pannacotta, Sorbets & Custards
Fold into batters for scones, muffins or fritters
Add to home made kombuchas or sodas
