The dainty purple & white flowers of Borage have a mild flavour. Some say it's akin to Cucumber, others say Oyster!
The leaves and flowers are edible, and have uses from medicinal, to therapeutic, to cosmetic.
Often planted as a companion plant, the Borage plant is popular for attracting bees but also repelling pests and improving soil quality.
- Borage holds it's shape and colour when frozen (in ice blocks for example)
