If you haven't met us already, we are Rachel McMillan & Sarah Drew, and we are the faces behind the name and the McMillan & Drew Collective. 

We've collaborated and worked together for many years and have bonded over our passion for growing organic, seasonal, local produce.

Here's a little insight to our backgrounds:

Rachel McMillan - Co-founder of McMillan & Drew: 

Rachel is a passionate horticulturalist, garden designer, and regional food consultant with over 25 years of experience.
She specialises in growing edible flowers, unique herbs, and native bush foods, creating vibrant edible landscapes that celebrate seasonal and indigenous ingredients. 
Rachel has led key initiatives in the Fleurieu Peninsula’s food and tourism sectors, championing sustainable practices and community connection through food.

Sarah Drew – Co-founder, McMillan & Drew:

Experienced market gardener and sheep farmer on the Fleurieu Peninsula. With a background in Environmental Management, Sarah has previously worked in the bio security sector, and has experience in agriculture, horticulture and food industries. A qualified cook with a passion for food and sustainable farming, she brings expertise in horticulture and food production.
